What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags still attached. Send us an email at info@shoplunascloset.com to get the process started. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 6 to 11 business days. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?
