Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Luna's Closet. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the date your order arrives to contact us and request a return.

How to Start a Return

Get in touch with us at info@shoplunascloset.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return. We will review your request and send you the next steps. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. In those cases we will cover the return shipping in full.

Problems with Your Order

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@shoplunascloset.com. Include your order number and a photo showing the issue. If we confirm the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will send you a replacement and arrange the return at no cost to you.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

As a UK-based customer, you are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. You must notify us within that 14-day window. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued in line with UK consumer protection law.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it is in acceptable condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will get a confirmation email once it has been processed.
