Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order delivered within our home market. There is no minimum order value, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No shipping charge is added at any stage of the order.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we take 1 to 3 business days to prepare it before it leaves the fulfilment centre. This covers picking, packing and handing the parcel to the carrier. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed from the next business day.

Delivery Times

After the parcel has left the fulfilment centre, transit normally takes 5 to 8 business days. Together with processing, that is roughly 6 to 11 business days from the date you order. These figures are working estimates and not guarantees, and carrier backlogs, public holidays and weather can all delay a parcel.

Tracking Your Order

We email a tracking number the moment your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order page, which shows the current status of your parcel at any time. If the tracking has not updated for a while, the parcel is usually still moving through the carrier network, and the status page is the quickest place to check.

Where We Cannot Deliver

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. We also cannot deliver to any location the carrier does not serve. If your address is one of these, please use an alternative delivery address when you place your order.

Failed Deliveries and Missing Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails or the parcel is sent back to us, we will reship it to you. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we raise a claim with the carrier and keep you updated while it is looked into. To start either of these, contact us with your order number and we will take it from there.
