At Luna's Closet, every order ships free. No minimum spend, no exceptions. Just add your items and we will handle the rest.

Where We Deliver

We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. We work with trusted carriers to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. The carrier used for your delivery will depend on your location at the time of dispatch.

Processing Time

After your payment is confirmed, your order is picked, packed and sent to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Free Shipping — Every order delivered within the United Kingdom ships free of charge with no minimum order required.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, or busy periods. You will be sent a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking link. You can also check your delivery status anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Restrictions

We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes or certain restricted addresses. If you are unsure whether we can reach your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel could not be delivered and has been returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please double check your address at checkout as additional costs may apply for reshipping. If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us straight away and we will sort it out.
