Welcome to Luna's Closet. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Luna's Closet. We run this website and online store, including all content, tools, products and features available through it, to give you a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Luna's Closet is built on Shopify, which provides the technology that powers our store.

The terms below, along with any policies linked within them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), set out your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

We work hard to represent our products as accurately as possible. That said, colours and how items appear on screen may vary depending on your device and display settings.

We cannot guarantee that every product will meet your personal expectations or look exactly as shown on the website.

Product information may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

Section 3 – Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Luna's Closet may accept or refuse any order at its discretion. Your order is only confirmed once we send written confirmation, and payment must be received before that confirmation is issued.

Please review your order before submitting it, as cancellations may not always be possible once an order is accepted. If we are unable to process your order, we will try to notify you using the contact details you provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By ordering, you confirm the items are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices and promotions may be updated without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order summary. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude taxes, shipping and any applicable import or customs charges.

Prices on our site may differ from those on third-party platforms. Where promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms take precedence.

By submitting payment, you confirm that: (i) your payment details are accurate; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method; (iii) charges will be honoured by your provider; and (iv) you accept responsibility for all charges including shipping and taxes.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is collected by the carrier.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including brand assets, text, images, graphics, reviews, audio and video, is owned by Luna's Closet, its affiliates or licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

These Terms allow for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute or transmit any content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted remain with Luna's Closet.

The Luna's Closet name, logo and related branding are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify's trademarks remain the property of Shopify Inc.

We may make third-party tools available through our Services. These are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties or endorsements. We have no control over them and accept no liability for their use.

Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk. Please review the relevant third-party terms before using them. Any future tools added will also fall under these Terms.

Our Services may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party sites. Visiting them is done at your own risk and we are not liable for any resulting loss or damage.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

Luna's Closet is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly between you and Luna's Closet. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any related claims or liabilities.

Section 10 – Privacy Policy

Personal data collected through our Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you confirm you have read and understood it. As our store is hosted on Shopify, certain data may also be processed by Shopify and its partners.

Section 11 – Feedback

By submitting reviews, feedback or suggestions, you grant Luna's Closet a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and distribute that content for any lawful purpose. You confirm you own the rights to any content submitted and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove content we consider unlawful or inappropriate.

Content on our Services may occasionally include errors relating to pricing, promotions, product descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update or cancel orders without prior notice.

Not enforcing any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with our applicable policies, form the complete agreement between you and Luna's Closet and replace all prior understandings.

Section 20 – Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Luna's Closet may assign these Terms without restriction.

Section 21 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luna's Closet is headquartered. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Section headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We may update them at any time. Continued use of our Services after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
