What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return an item. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and packaging still attached, as anything showing signs of wear or that has been washed will not qualify for a refund. To start, email us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will review it and send you the return instructions. Please don't post anything back before you have that approval, as we can't accept it.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't run a separate exchange process. If you would like a different size or a different sweater, just return the original for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. The exception is an item that arrived faulty, damaged or wasn't what you ordered: in that case we send a replacement free of charge and cover the return shipping.

How long does a refund take?

Once your returned item reaches us and passes our quality check, we refund you to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for that to complete. We'll email you to confirm as soon as it's done.

When will I get my order?

We take 1 to 3 business days to get your order packed and out of the fulfilment centre, then it's usually 5 to 8 business days in transit. That works out at roughly 6 to 11 business days from the date you order. These are working estimates rather than guarantees, so carrier backlogs, public holidays and bad weather can add a little time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free everywhere within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. There's nothing to add at checkout and no threshold to reach, so the price you see on the sweater is the price you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Every transaction is encrypted over SSL and handled by a certified payment provider, so your card details stay protected.

Where do you ship to?

We ship free within the United Kingdom. We can't deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or anywhere the carrier doesn't serve. If your usual address is one of those, please use an alternative delivery address when you order.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once we've confirmed it, we'll send a replacement free of charge and cover all return shipping.
